Welcome to the
TODDLER Classroom

Our Toddler classroom provides an educational environment for children 1 year of age to 18 months. Our program is designed for continued growth and development in the areas of cognition, communication, fine and gross motor skills, and social skills. We will also incorporate through simple introduction; the alphabet, counting, colors, and shapes.

We focus on the early stages of communication: responding with simple 1–2-word phrases such as yes, no, please and thank you. We put an emphasis on learning manners and how to work well with our peers. We recognize that each child will develop different skills at their own pace. Keeping this in mind we will work with each child individually in correspondence to the pace that they are at.

Our infants are provided with the opportunity to engage in many developmentally appropriate activities throughout their day. Infants enjoy activities to help develop their milestones such as tummy time, supported sitting, free movement, and exploration. Each child has their own developmental schedule and will progress at their own pace. Our caregivers will respond to their cues, and provide encouragement, activities, and opportunities for them to grow.

We look forward to watching your children grow and reach many milestones!
